Management

M&M offers full management services for condos, townhomes and single family homes. We do not manage apartments, individual homes, or high rise buildings.
Services include the creation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income and Expense Statements, Delinquency Lists, Budget analysis, and creation of yearly budgets); Covenant violation letters, architectural requests and approvals, maintenance requests, obtaining bids, working with Boards at monthly meetings, etc.

Grounds Services

M&M has a full grounds division. The Association provides bids for the maintenance of HOA grounds. This includes mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, sprinkler checks and repairs, tree and shrub trimming, planting and removal. We can also get bids for special projects (rock and mulch additions, landscaping renovations, annual/perennial plantings).

Handyman Services

M&M offers basic handyman services (light bulb replacement, fence repairs, etc.)

Finanical Services

We use QuickBooks for the creation of financial statements. Financials can be accrual, semi-accrual or cash basis statements. M&M will work with the association attorney to address deliquencies, and will follow the Colorado mandated requirements for delinquencies, budget approvals, etc. There is no extra charge for the creation of special assessments and assessments on accounts. We offer utility billing for units, if needed.

Snow Removal

M&M will do snow removal for HOAs that we do the grounds. This can include plowing, hand shoveling, services using snow blowers and an ATV with a plow.
